Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (3 days per week)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

About the role

You will work within a supportive, evidence-based, multidisciplinary team to help community clients regain and maintain their health, independence, and wellbeing.

Based at the Pines Health and Fitness Centre, this role delivers services across a range of funding streams and programs, including: Commonwealth Home Support Program, Support at Home, Community Transitional Care and Restorative Care Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct holistic assessments to identify client needs, goals, and preferences

  • Deliver high-quality, timely, and efficient physiotherapy services

  • Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and case conferencing

  • Problem-solve complex care needs in collaboration with the broader care team

  • Deliver evidence-based reablement pathways to support physical, social, and mental wellbeing

  • Mentor physiotherapy students and support new therapy staff during orientation

About you

You are passionate about making a positive difference and thrive in a person-centred, community-focused environment.

You will bring:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

  • Demonstrated experience in aged care or community-based clinical practice

  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment and continuous service improvement

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards relevant to the role

  • A current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
