About the role
The Lifestyle Administration Coordinator supports quality lifestyle and bus initiatives across Southern Cross Care, aligning with the "Better for Life" philosophy. Key activities include scheduling bus trips and events, developing quarterly seasonal newsletters, and supporting the implementation of lifestyle and wellbeing programs, including liaising with external stakeholders. The role also actively seeks feedback from residents, clients, and staff to make program changes.
- Organise and price bus trips, manage bookings, and coordinate with drivers and tour providers.
- Create quarterly newsletters and manage content templates for our site teams.
- Provide administrative backing for lifestyle programs and organisational initiatives.
- Use resident feedback to improve services and manage resources efficiently

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
The successful candidate will have the following;
- A Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in event or project management and managing diverse stakeholders.
- An understanding of person-centered care and how to advocate for resident needs.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a knack for picking up new systems quickly.
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and what drives a sense of purpose and belonging for seniors.
