About the role

As a Food Service Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality catering services to our residents. Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist with food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

You play an important role in creating a positive dining experience by helping deliver meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences in a welcoming and comfortable setting.

About you

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in food handling or in kitchen roles

• Clear communication skills in English, especially when interacting with older people

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently

• A basic understanding of how to support residents living with dementia

• A respectful, team-oriented approach aligned with our values of Service, Courage, and Compassion
