About the role

As a cleaner in our residential care home, you will provide high-quality housekeeping services to support our residents. You will work as part of a friendly team to perform cleaning tasks like dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to keep the home fresh and safe. Your work helps our residents live as well as they can by providing a clean and comfortable environment

About you

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting

• Clear communication skills in English, especially when interacting with older people

• Ability to read and follow written instructions, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently

• A respectful, team-oriented approach aligned with our values of Service, Courage, and Compassion
