About the role
Provide high-level financial, analytical, and legal documentation support to ensure the business meets its strategic and operational goals. The role involves assisting residents throughout their journey, ensuring compliance with the Retirement Villages Act(s) for both Resident Funded (RFU's) and Retirement Living Units (RLU's) across SA, NT, and VIC.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational: Managing retirement living contracts, financial modelling, and policy development. The role acts as a link between operations, sales, and refurbishment teams.
- Financial & Administrative: Managing resident accounts, including maintenance fee calculations, invoicing, receipting deposits, and reconciling the Retirement Living Trust Account.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to policies and the Retirement Villages Act(s).
- Customer Service: Providing outstanding support to prospective and current residents, including handling general enquiries and sales documentation.

About you

The successful candidate will have the following;
- Qualifications: Completion or working toward a bachelor's degree in Property, Law, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Experience: Practical experience in the relevant field of study.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Access, CIM, and CRM) or Microsoft equivalents is required.
