About the role

The Manager Information Systems and Technology oversees the reliable operation of Southern Cross Care’s ICT infrastructure. Reporting to the Group Manager, Business Systems and Technology, the MIST manages the ICT support team, including Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and ICT Support Specialists. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, network services, and supporting a large end-user base to achieve organisational strategic goals.

About you

  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in IT and Microsoft/network certifications.
  • Experience: Managing ICT teams in customer-focused environments, multi-site ICT support, and service desk process development.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Strong interpersonal/communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Server, networking (Cisco/Fortinet), and VDI.
