About the role

The Administration Support role provides efficient and responsive administration services to the Education,
Clinical Care & Engagement team and relevant stakeholders.

This role provides critical support to the education team, facilitating the provision of high quality service to internal
stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining shared mailboxes, triage communication, and coordinating with various managers.
  • Ensuring students meet compliance requirements, coordinating student orientation, and liaising with sites for student placements.
  • Processing billing and accounts payable data, maintaining attendance records, and providing training evaluations.
  • Supporting clinical training days and change management activities.
  • Complying with policies and procedures, and working in a safe manner according to WHS guidelines.

Essential Requirements:

  • Skills: Clear communication, customer service commitment, strong interpersonal skills, organisational and time management skills, initiative, ability to work with minimal supervision, stakeholder management, ability to build relationships, respect for co-workers, and proficiency in Google suite.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Aged Care Standards.
  • Personal Attributes: Alignment with SCC's culture and values, ability to build positive relationships, commitment to teamwork, integrity, resilience, person-centred customer service, commitment to quality work, and a problem-solving approach to risks.

Desirable Requirement:

  • Cert III in Business Administration.
