About the role
Key Responsibilities include:
- Performing rostering activities for 24-hour rosters across multiple sites.
- Optimising resource utilisation to achieve operational, financial, and client outcomes.
- Aligning day-of-operation plans with workload planners, budgets, and financial KPIs.
- Managing variations to rostered shifts, leave plans, absences, allowances, and staff movements.
- Analysing and reporting on post-day-of-operation timestamp data.
- Providing technical expertise in workforce planning and efficiently planning staff training.
- Communicating with Payroll for accurate shift data.
- Operating and maintaining employee rostering, allocation, and attendance systems.
- Identifying and reporting system issues, executing BCP activity, and providing customer service to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other Rostering Coordinator roles and performing general administration functions.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and performing other duties as required.

About you
Essential Requirements for this role include:
- Ability to work shift work covering operational requirements 7 days a week, with flexibility.
- A current Australian Class 1 Driver's Licence.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar rostering or workforce scheduling role, preferably in Aged Care supporting multiple remote sites.
- Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis, use spreadsheets and workforce planning tools, and experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong communication, customer service, planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise demanding workloads, meet deadlines, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Aged Care Standards and industrial agreements.

Desirable Requirements include experience with Humanforce Rostering Software, competent use of Google Software systems, and knowledge of Aged Care industrial and legislative requirements.
