About the role
- Demand Planning: Planning and publishing site rosters in consultation with Residential Operations Leadership, forecasting and coordinating site rostering requirements, and building trust with stakeholders.
- Efficient and effective rostering of staff: Managing published rosters, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring compliance with processes and award stipulations for shift variations, managing leave and staff movements, maximizing labour efficiencies, analysing resourcing data, ensuring compliance, providing technical expertise in workforce planning, planning training, operating rostering systems, identifying data trends, and executing tasks as required by the Group Manager Rostering. This also includes providing excellent customer service, general administration, and collaborating with Rostering Coordinator Site Support roles.
- Other duties as required: Proactively working with the People & Culture team for change management and continuous improvement, performing other duties as directed, and supporting other teams/locations as needed.

About you
The successful candidate will have the following;
- Qualifications: Current Australian Class 1 Drivers Licence.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar rostering/workforce scheduling role (preferably Aged Care, supporting multiple remote sites), proven data analysis skills, experience with spreadsheets and workforce planning tools, and experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Skills: Clear and concise communication, exceptional customer service, expertise in planning, problem-solving, evaluation, and coordination, ability to work autonomously, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Aged Care Standards and industrial agreements.

- Desirable Requirements: Previous experience with Humanforce Rostering Software, competent use of Google Software systems, and knowledge of Aged Care industrial and legislative requirements.
