We are seeking a Retirement Living Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Bedford Heights—a well-established, vibrant community of 147 spacious retirement villas set in Melbourne’s leafy east. In this pivotal role, you will foster an exceptional resident experience, drive successful village operations, and lead our community with warmth and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Experience & Sales: Welcome prospective residents, conduct village tours, and manage the end-to-end sales, onboarding, and move-in process.

Operational & Asset Management: Oversee villa refurbishments and routine maintenance alongside the on-site team.

Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Resident Committee to support health, independence, and social wellbeing programs.

Compliance & Finance: Manage village budgets, financial reporting, and operational compliance under the Retirement Villages Act.

About you

Demonstrated background in operations, customer service, or facility management (retirement living experience highly regarded).

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine affinity for building warm, positive relationships with older adults and their families.

Strong administrative ability and proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace).
