Permanent Part Time Position - Offering Job Security and a Fresh Start
- Mondays - Tuesdays and Thursdays - Fridays (4 days a week)
About the role
- Receptionist Support: Greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, providing word processing and clerical services, managing mail, maintaining office supplies, assisting with building security, and managing bookings (meeting rooms, vehicles, taxis).
- Administrative Services Support: Providing general administrative support, assisting with photocopying and database maintenance, and helping with meeting and event organization.
- Safe Work Environment (WHS): Personally working in a safe manner, reporting for duty unimpaired, using provided WHS equipment, following WHS instructions, and reporting hazards or incidents.

About you
- The position requires experience in dealing with clients in sensitive situations, operating a multi-line telephone switchboard, and strong technology skills (Google Workspace).
- Essential skills include empathy, tact, confidentiality, strong communication, problem-solving, organisational abilities, and a team-oriented attitude.
- A basic knowledge of Aged Care Standards is also required.
