About the role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing, monitoring, and reporting on high-quality person-centred health ageing services, including problem-solving clinical risk cases, completing clinical reviews, evaluating outcomes, and identifying continuous improvement projects.
- Supporting ongoing staff learning needs by increasing knowledge and skills in quality and clinical care practices through mentoring and facilitating educational programs.
- Coordinating quality and clinical systems and governance, which involves implementing policies consistent with legislative requirements, leading Privacy Act compliance, researching and writing procedures, creating quality reports, and investigating high-impact/risk events.

About you
- Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor or Post-Graduate Degree in Nursing or Allied Health with current AHPRA registration and at least 5 years of post-registration experience, plus a current driver's license.
- Experience: Expertise in aged care quality and clinical practice, person-centred healthy ageing, procedure writing, report development, data analysis for solutions, staff leadership, and continuous improvement.
- Skills: Proficient in clinical risk assessment, root cause analysis, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, strategic thinking, auditing, change facilitation, organizational skills, teamwork, and computer proficiency (Google Workspace or similar).
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of Aged Care Standards.
