About the Role

As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of developments, capital projects (Cap-Ex), and refurbishments across our Environments Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Cap-Ex Management: Lead capital expenditure programs across Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care—from budget compilation and scoping to tendering and construction.

  • Strategic Growth: Assist with site acquisitions, feasibility studies, and due diligence to support organisational growth.

  • Consultant & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with professional consultants on master planning and design while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery.

  • Project Oversight: Diligently monitor and report on project costs, quality standards, timelines, and risk mitigation.

About You

We’re seeking a proactive leader who brings both technical expertise and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in Project Management or 3+ years of relevant project management experience.

  • Background in construction or property management, with proven ability to monitor budgets and interpret complex technical data.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong financial management, stakeholder communication, and technical report-writing abilities.

  • Solid understanding of construction and design processes (basic knowledge of Aged Care Standards is highly regarded).

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current SA Driver’s Licence.

  • White Card.
