About the role

In this role, you will handle high-level financial, analytical, and legal documentation to ensure our business achieves operational goals and regulatory compliance under the Retirement Villages Act(s).

  • Contract & Financial Management: Prepare, issue, and manage sales contracts, legal documentation, and financial paperwork for Resident Funded Units (RFUs) and Retirement Living Units (RLUs).

  • Trust & Resident Accounting: Reconcile the Retirement Living Trust Account, process deposits/settlement funds, manage rent strategy programs, calculate maintenance fees, and issue fee increases, utility billings, and resident refunds.

  • Strategic Input & Reporting: Develop financial models, create work tools/reporting links across operational and refurbishment teams, and assist in designing administrative policies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for conveyancers, prospective and existing residents, families, and internal departments.

About you

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered customer service.

  • Qualifications: Degree (completed or underway) in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Accounting, Property, or a related discipline.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in your field, with advanced capabilities in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), CRM/CIM platforms, and databases.

  • Core Skills: Strong time management, sharp analytical skills, and a proactive approach to refining workflows.

  • Industry Alignment: Understanding of Aged Care Standards and Retirement Villages legislation, coupled with a commitment to our person-centred "Better for Life" model.
