About the Role
As our Corporate Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the face of Southern Cross Care. You will provide professional, customer-focused front-line reception and administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:

First Impressions: Greet visitors warmly, manage a multi-line switchboard, and handle enquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Admin Extraordinaire: Support our team with word processing, mail management, stationery inventory, and coordinating meetings or events.

Operations Hub: Manage room and vehicle bookings, arrange taxis, and handle purchase orders.

Safety First: Take on the crucial role of Chief Fire Warden, monitoring building security and ensuring a safe, WHS-compliant workplace.
About You
We are looking for a organized, compassionate professional who wants to make a real difference. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Technical Skills: Proven experience managing multi-line switchboards and proficiency with Google Workspace.

People Skills: Exceptional communication, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to navigate sensitive client situations with grace.
