About the role
To lead Better for life service delivery outcomes and build capability across Residential Services by analyzing and monitoring service performance, and mentoring, coaching, and supporting service leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Health Promoting Services: Proactively analyze and monitor service performance indicators, including clinical trending, and take action for improvement. Mentor and coach service leaders to ensure services are delivered according to organizational systems, compliant with legislative requirements (including Aged Care Quality and Standards), and maximize resident/representative experience and quality of life.
- Person Centred People & Leadership: Work with the senior leadership team to create a cohesive and effective working relationship and positive workplace culture. Develop and foster a strong team environment committed to the organization's Better for Life vision and values.
- Governance: Manage and report to Executives and the Services Committee of the Board.

About you

Qualifications
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing, healthcare, or another relevant discipline, and a current driver's licence.

Experience:
- Experience in aged care health services.
- Demonstrated experience as a successful Residential Services Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical and care systems.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and responding to service performance data.
- Competency with current aged care service, acts, and programs, and awareness of best practice models of care.

Knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of the aged care environment, particularly the Aged Care Standards and accreditation visits.
