Fixed Term Contract - 1st September 2026 to 4th October 2027 

30.8 hours per fortnight

  • Week 1; Thursday 7.00am to 11.00am; Sunday 2.54pm to 11.00pm

  • Week 2; Tuesday, Thursday - 7.00am to 3.06pm; Sunday 7.00am to 11.00am

About the role

Provide pro-active, person-centred services and support that are safe and effective, tailored to each resident's needs, goals, and preferences. It requires compassion, connection, knowledge, and capability, promoting active participation in residents' health and well-being.

About you

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care.

  • Experience as a Personal Carer and the ability to work without direct supervision.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage your time well.

  • A good understanding of how to support residents living with dementia.

  • An understanding of the Aged Care Standards as they apply to this role.

  • A Senior First Aid Certificate and an understanding of AN-ACC are desirable.
