About the role

As a Connecting Services Consultant, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to people seeking our services. You'll answer phone calls and emails, manage bookings and cancellations, and use our systems to create essential referrals for our service teams. Ultimately, you'll be making a meaningful difference by helping older members of our community access the support they need to live better lives.

About you

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills;

  • Customer service and/or sales experience, ideally within a call centre environment
  • Experience working with client database systems
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely 
  • Empathy for the elderly and disabled people of our community 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships and contribute to the team to foster positive working relationships 
  • Proficient computer and keyboard skills
