Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a key requirement of the role, required to translate our organisational requirements into functional, robust and reliable data flows.
Underpinning all activities is a commitment to developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, which is essential to the quality provision of services provided by the Business Systems team.

  • Application Support: Investigate and resolve data-related application/system issues in a timely, customer-centric manner, meeting SLA commitments. Troubleshoot errors, monitor performance, and implement updates/patches/enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business analysts, subject matter experts, and end-users to gather requirements. Provide training and support, communicate progress to stakeholders, and facilitate workshops.
  • Change Management: Conduct deployments, upgrades, and maintenance in collaboration with vendors and users, ensuring thorough testing in DEV/UAT environments before production. Adhere to the change control process and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Workload Management: Manage and prioritise incoming workloads, efficiently resolve system issues, and provide accurate ticket documentation.
