About the role
The Administration Coordinator provides administration and admin support to our Residential Care team. In this role, you will work closely with the Residential Services Manager, staff, residents, and families.
Key responsibilities include:

Administration & leadership: Supervise administration staff, promote our values, follow policies, and support team communication.

Human resources: Oversee HR tasks, new staff setup, Police checks, KRONOS timekeeping, payroll, and rostering.

Financial tasks: Manage petty cash, resident trust accounts, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Resident records: Keep resident information up to date, accurate, and private.

Safety (WHS): Follow and enforce safety rules to keep the work environment safe for everyone.

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients. To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience: Background in complex administration, staff supervision, and financial tasks like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and trust funds.

Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and organisation skills, plus intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Knowledge: Understanding of privacy laws, aged care standards, HR principles, and financial management.

Desirable: A Certificate in Administrative Services or a related field.
